The following privacy policies represent a first step in preparing system-wide operational procedures for the electronic medical record (EMR) and the interoperable electronic health record (IEHR). The policies are implemented via a Ministerial Directive, and although grouped together for the purposes of issuing the directive are segregated here for ease of reading.
